SAFETY FEATURES:
Impactable design helps reduce risk of personnel operating damaged doors, minimizes maintenance and energy costs, and reduces exposures to unsafe situations created by conventional sectional doors.

SECTION DESIGN:
Sections constructed of a true 24-gauge roll formed steel. C-shaped stiles fit the deep-rib contour of the 2" thick sections. Deep interlocking joints seal out the weather bewteen the sections. Optional insulation with embossed steel backers and vision panels avialable.

BREAKAWAY PANEL CONSTRUCTION:
Durable Aketon™ interior facing and added insulation provide enhanced impactabilty to the bottom two panels. Thick foam seals between the panels. Unique roller assemblies allow the panel to breakaway upon impact to help minimize panel damage.

REATTACHMENT:
Remove pin and reposition roller in the track. Replace pin and operate door. No tools or special parts are required.

TRACK:
16 gauge hot-dipped galvanized steel track allows rollers of lower two door sections to release from track upon impact.

SPRINGS:
Torsion spring counterbalance system uses galvanized steel aircraft cable. Standard 10,000 cycle spring. Optional 25,000, 50,000 or 100,000 cycle springs available. Optional jackshaft operator.
PERIMETER SEALS:
Effective seal helps reduce energy costs through the opening. Vertical jamb brush seals, interlocking joint seals between sections, flexible vinyl astragal on bottom edge and rubber top seal.
